Do I need to buy any equipment?

No, all our services use your normal phone line to make a call. This is NOT a VoIP service. As your prices are so low does this mean the call quality is poor? The call quality should be excellent. If you have any issues with the sound quality then contact us and we will make changes to improve the quality as quickly as possible.

How do I pay?

All accounts are prepaid from a credit or debit card, Wire/Bank Transfer, EMO or E-Gold. This means that you have to add credit to your deposit account before you can make any calls. If you like you can set an auto top-up payment. This will take money from the payment’s choice you provide and ensure you never run out of credit.

I travel around a lot so my number changes. Is this a problem?

From your online account you can register new numbers at any time, and they can be used straight away. If you are using CellWireless then you do not need to register the number you are using.

Are there any additional costs?

As a customer you only pay for the calls you make that connect. There are no subscriptions or setup costs nor is there a minimum usage. You will only be charged for the calls you make and you can make calls whenever you want. However as a partner you’ve to single-sweep charge $59 for your site and tools.

If I open an account, when will I receive my account details?

We aim to open your account straight away in which case you will be emailed your account details immediately. However, sometimes it is necessary to carry out further checks to protect us against fraud of payment. In this situation you will normally receive your account details within 48 hours.
