Do I need to buy any equipment?
No, all our services use your normal phone line to make a call. This is NOT a VoIP service. As your prices are so low does this mean the call quality is poor? The call quality should be excellent. If you have any issues with the sound quality then contact us and we will make changes to improve the quality as quickly as possible.How do I pay?

We aim to open your account straight away in which case you will be emailed your account details immediately. However, sometimes it is necessary to carry out further checks to protect us against fraud of payment. In this situation you will normally receive your account details within 48 hours.
